Regional Learning Alliance Named One of the Best Places to Work in Pittsburgh
October 20, 2011
Cranberry Township, PA – October 20, 2011 – The Regional Learning Alliance (RLA) has been named the fourth best place to work in Pittsburgh on the Pittsburgh Business Times Best Places to Work 2011 list.
The RLA receives this distinction following a nomination from Stephanie Oliver, Sales & Marketing Assistant at the organization. Once the nomination was received, the staff of the RLA was asked to fill out an employment satisfaction survey that was received and tabulated by the Pittsburgh Business Times. The RLA had 100% participation in the survey. The results showed that the employees at the RLA are 96.62% satisfied with their careers.
The following excerpt from one of the surveys was published in the Pittsburgh Business Times’ special supplement for the awards. “I tell absolutely everybody that I have the best job in the world. My favorite part about my job is that I am not micromanaged. Senior leadership trusts all the decisions I make, and trusts that I always will get the job done.”
