The RLA announces new policy on non-profit facility donations.
July 1, 2010
The Regional Learning Alliance (RLA) is pleased to announce a new policy for facility donations for qualifying non-profit organizations. The policy reads:
The Regional Learning Alliance will donate one (1) room each month to a non-profit organization. The facility donations will be given on a first-come, first-serve basis, at the discretion of the Marketing/Sales Department. Any organization wishing to utilize this service, must submit a request no more than 90 days in advance of their meeting date. Additionally, the organization must provide proof of its 501(c)3 status. The donation will include the usage of an RLA meeting room (maximum capacity of 25) and the in-room technology (projector, screen, laptop, speaker). Room set-up is as-is, but the group may rearrange the room upon arrival. Food services will not be included, but can be purchased by the organization through RLA Food Services.
For more information or to request space for your organization, please contact Kari M. Zavolta, Director of Sales and Marketing, at 724.741.1067.
