What is the RLA?
The RLA is the area's premier learning and conference facility, utilizing a collaborative approach to meet the educational and training needs of the region. We are a non-profit campus providing a professionally designed and operated facility which combines well-designed, comfortably furnished, and technology-based classrooms and meeting rooms to provide both a venue for meeting, conferences, and training programs.
What part of the RLA is the Conference Center?
The RLA has 28 flexible spaces that serve as meeting rooms to our conference center clients and classrooms to our degree-program classes. These spaces offer flexibility with tables and chairs that are both ergonomic and mobile, white board and flip charts, presentation technology carts, presentation/instructor tables, windows in every room, easy access to break stations and dining room, and a full, professional Events Services department exclusively for our Conference Center clientele.
Can you explain the All-Inclusive Package Pricing?
The Package Price is an all-inclusive, single per-person rate that combines all the elements typically required for a meeting. This rate includes use of a windowed meeting room, executive-style food services, and comprehensive A/V equipment and presentation supplies at no extra charge (which includes LCD projector, DVD player, CD player, VCR, wireless internet access, and laptop).
What makes an RLA contract different from a standard hotel contract?
We are a non-profit with a premier venue. At the RLA, our contracts are simple to understand and quick to read. We have eliminated a la carte pricing, per-use billing, and other unnecessary charges, which means that you have a reliable complete meeting cost up front. No hidden or add-on charges. Guaranteed.
Is it true that the RLA includes most technology at no additional charge?
Yes. An LCD projector, laptop, speakers, and a host of other available items are always included in the package rate at the RLA. In fact, there is no need to bring your own, since ours are built-in and of excellent quality. That’s not all - click here to see what else is included.
I need a quote on an event. Where do I start?

Is it true that community groups can meet at no charge at the RLA?
On a monthly basis, we provide complimentary meeting space to one (1) bona fide community group on a space available basis. The group must have a registration as a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization and the scheduled event must be solely sponsored by that organization. We do not allow any group to schedule a room for another entity and the RLA has the right to refuse any group for this offer.
