The RLA is proud to be the regions’ only conference center to offer an Event Planning, Pre-Event and On-Site Event Coordination, On-Site Technology Experts, and other Event Services Staff at NO CHARGE. Our staff is committed to fulfilling every reasonable request – large or small.

Our staff has worked hard to streamline the booking process to make it as easy as 1, 2, 3.

  1. Contact a Member of the RLA Business Development Team. The Business Developement team will quote you an all-inclusive package price based on your meeting needs. Once you are ready to book, we will confirm the preliminary details and provide you with a contract for your review. Once the contract is signed, you will be introduced to our Event Services Staff to…
  2. Confirm Your Details with Event and Technology Services. Prior to your event, the Event and Technology Services Team will contact you to confirm your number of attendees, final set-up, and all other important elements of your program. We’ll cover all the details you may not have thought about, so your event is planned as thoroughly as possible. This is a perfect time to add a flip chart, a registration table, or an easel…all at no charge, of course. Now that the details are set, you are free to…
  3. Arrive Day-Of Knowing Everything is Ready for Your Event. On event day, we have a team of Event Coordinators that are on-hand to answer any questions and to be your facility contacts throughout your event. They will take care of all your needs, efficiently and promptly. In addition, our Technology Experts are here to help with all IT/AV requests, including making sure your facilitators can operate the presentation equipment and troubleshooting. Our services are second to none and we prove it with each and every event.
