Geneva College invites all students to accept the challenge of an academically excellent, Christ-centered education. We offer innovative degree completion and graduate degree programs for working adults that use a cohort model and integrate a faith-based perspective into the classroom learning experience.
At the Regional Learning Alliance, Geneva offers bachelor degree programs in human resources and organizational development through the Adult Degree Completion Program (ADCP), as well as a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership (MSOL) program. Adult Degree Completion Program (ADCP)
The ADCP enables adults to advance in their career and enrich their lives by completing their college degree in a manner that is flexible with their family and work obligations. All classes meet one night a
week for 17 months.
Master of Science in Organizational Leadership (MSOL)
The MSOL program provides working adults the opportunity for continued professional growth and advancement through the study, research and application of leadership and organizational theory. The program is completed in 24 months, meeting one night a week.
