Ph.D. in Organizational Learning and Leadership

The Doctor of Philosophy in Organizational Learning and Leadership utilizes an interdisciplinary model that

incorporates theory and research devoted to social organizations and the dynamics of leadership. The program

prepares practitioners to recognize issues, structures, and processes in social organizations, examine and assess

leadership and interpersonal dynamics, conduct qualitative and quantitative research, and identify innovative

responses to issues and opportunities in a wide range of organizational settings.

M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction

Gannon’s M.Ed. Cohort program leads to a Masters of Education in Curriculum and Instruction. The program sets

expectations for graduate students to be grounded in theory but also to have the ability to relate theory to classroom

instructional applications. Gannon’s M.Ed. Cohort faculty is comprised of University professors, superintendents,

principals, school psychologists, curriculum supervisors and technology directors. The faculty provides a pragmatic

link between theoretical applications and present day instructional practices.
