Born and raised in north New Jersey, Kristina, who now considers Pittsburgh home, moved here in her mid-teens.  She attended the Sawyer Business Institute where she earned a Associates Degree in Hospitality Management.  Having 27 plus years experience in hospitality and conference center management, Kristina worked as a Front Desk Manager, Director of Sales, Meeting Planner and Catering Director at 3 full-service hotels before joining the RLA in 2007.   She now serves as the Director of Business Development and recently celebrated her 14 year anniversary at the RLA.

Kristina resides in the North Hills with her husband, Wesley, and their 2 cats.
