Our 28 meeting rooms were designed to be conducive to learning. Comfortable ergonomic chairs, moveable desks, natural sunlight, air filtration systems to keep the air fresh are all part of each and every room. Keeping your attendees comfortable and engaged during your event is our priority.

Integrated meeting and conference technology in all of our meeting rooms. Projectors, Screens, Monitors, Facilitator laptops or computer, Wi-Fi for all, House Sound, Microphones, all included in our packages and incorporated in our meeting spaces.

On-Site executive-style cuisine

Our culinary team prepares fresh, house-made and delicious food for you and your attendees to enjoy, with 50% of our produce and meat coming from local farms. We offer a spacious and bright dining room with views of our gorgeous green space for your group to enjoy or we can cater to any meeting room.

We pride ourselves on our high level of service. We enjoy making the planning of the event stress-free for meeting planners. Our CMP certified meeting planners and certified IT professionals are here to help you plan and execute your event successfully.

We care about the environment too!

The RLA strives to be green each and every day. Over 50% of our produce comes from local farms, 70% of our outdoor landscaping is xeriscaping (drought-tolerant, native plants), we are an Official Green Meeting Center, we recycle nearly 80% of all refuse, and all the wares on our break stations are 100% compostable.
