We are safely open......
We are safely open and offer our services once again to learners, partners, and guests.
We have implemented strict measures, limited capacities, and responsible processes. When we closed much of our campus in March, we made the commitment to open ONLY when we knew that we could do so in the safest and most responsible manner. While we have been connected with you virtually, we’ve been working to ensure you have an RLA that is ready for you to return. We created and implemented new Health and Safety Protocols, including our publicized Safe Meetings in 12-Steps, which we consider to be unsurpassed in the meeting industry.
Now that we have reopened our Conference Center, we stand proudly by our ability to offer you ample room for socially distanced, no-contact meetings, trainings, and events. If your event is going virtual, we offer you professional spaces that includes podiums, stages, large screen displays and clear audio and video for live streaming your facilitators on-site. This will allow your at-home delegates to have a better live experience. Events can also become Hybrid, virtual and on-site, which gives attendees more options to participate than ever before. Our Event and Technology Department experts can help you plan an exceptional experience.
We guarantee the same quality locally grown food that you’ve come to expect but with individual eco-packaging. We have 3 meal service options which include individually packaged/Bento boxes, served meals with covers, or a buffet-style presentation that has clear partitioning and our staff plating for each guest.
Our meeting spaces and classrooms are set so that there is 6’ of (social distance) space between each delegate where seated. As you know, our configurations and furniture have always been spacious, but now, just a little more. We have numerous configurations that we recommend which will allow both flexibility and safety.
Our higher education classes will mostly be virtual this Fall with a hopeful return to the campus in Spring 2021. Both the early learning center and performing arts academy will be resuming their normal schedules in the Fall but with CDC guidelines in place which will be planned and communicated to all parents and students.
Our Workforce Growth Center is open for all our partners with offices and other space. The fall safety training center remains active as an essential life-saving organization.
The human connection is powerful. Our nonprofit was created and built to be a place where people come to learn, network, and make that human connection. Face-to-face communication is both important and unmatchable. While our safety measures will make these in-person experiences different, they still will be powerful and offer a respite to the countless daily virtual meetings. We believe in the significance and productivity of meeting live and that is why we have gone above and beyond to ensure we operate in a healthy and safe manner. It is our team’s commitment to you.
When you visit us again, you may notice some changes when you arrive. Our original architect and designers created a crisp new color schematic for us. In September, we will be installing a new cool air system that will be 30% more efficient and meet the highest standard in LEED certification. Finally, our Great Room floor has gotten a sleek new covering made out of recycled materials. As always, we never stop improving the RLA.
We hope you get to see us soon. Stay healthy, connected, and kind.
