The MBAs Supervisory Skills Certificate Series is here!

TRAINING MAKES ALL THE DIFFERENCE. As the skills gap continues to widen along with the high cost of turnover, this is one training program no workplace can afford to do without. Our nationally recognized Certified Supervisory Skills Series is taught by real-world instructors in an engaging, high-energy style that most people have never experienced in a classroom setting before. The relationship between an employee and his or her immediate supervisor determines not only how long that employee will stay, but, more importantly, how productive he/she will be.

SUPERVISORY SKILLS COURSE V: September 26

The face of the workplace is changing, forcing supervisors to change as well. Issues that were rarely discussed in the past are now very topical. Successful supervisors embrace diversity, resolve conflict and attempt to minimize stress by setting realistic goals for both themselves and their team.

REGISTRATION IS EASY!

Call Melissa Lesniewski at 814/833-3200 or 800/815-2660.

Liz, Presbyterian Senior Care

A huge "thank you" to the RLA for all your attention and coordination during our meeting yesterday. It was great to get out and have a meeting in person, and the RLA went above and beyond to accommodate our group during this unsual time of pandemic.

Jenn, Bobby Rahal Motor Group

We had a great experience with the RLA for our new hire orientation.  Mark is outstanding!  He was super helpful and attentive.  Thank you!
